Ruth Logue
Ruth Logue, age 78, of Aurora, died Friday morning, August 2, 2002, at Memorial Hospital in Aurora. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, August 5th at the Aurora Cemetery. Rev. OBITUARY: RUTH LOGUE Ruth Marie Logue, the daughter of Frank and Hulda (Bendusch) Vogt, was born at Parkston, South Dakota on January 22, 1924 and died in Aurora, Nebraska on August 2, 2002, at the age of 78. Ruth grew up with her family near Parker, South Dakota and attended school there. Ruth was united in marriage to Francis William Logue on December 6, 1939. They lived in Parker, South Dakota where he worked for Burlington Northern Railroad. After Francis served in World War II they moved to Yankton, South Dakota. They moved to Aurora in 1972. Francis passed away on October 23, 1996. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Maurice, four brothers Fred, Bill, Roy and Harvey and four sisters, Elsie, Marion, Dollie and Frances. Those who remain to cherish her memory are her four children, James Logue and his wife Bonnie of Aurora, Bonnie Jennings of Aurora, Darlene Merkel and her husband Duane of Phillips and Maria Jones and her husband Lonnie of Doniphan; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. |
