Wilma Baum

Wilma Marie Baum, age 80, of Woodinville, Washington, formerly of Hawthorne, California and Giltner, Nebraska, died October 12, 2000 at her place of residence.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 28, 2000 at Higby Mortuary Chapel in Aurora. Rev. Shari Duminy will officiate. Burial will be in the Cedar View Cemetery in Doniphan.

OBITUARY: WILMA BAUM

Wilma was born Wilma Breitenfeldt on July 12, 1920 at Giltner, Nebraska to Edward and Augusta (Husing) Breitenfeldt. She married John “Lloyd” Baum on June 15, 1941. They lived in Hawthorne, California from 1941 to 1996, when they moved to Canterbury Square in Woodinville, Washington, to be near their son and his family.

Wilma was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Gardena, California.

Survivors include her son, Dennus and his wife Mary of Woodinville, Washington; grandson, David and his wife Jen of Kensington, MD, her granddaughter, Julieanna and her husband Jeff and great-grandson Zachary Williams of Hillsboro, Oregon. She is also survived by her sisters, Rosalea Springer of Aurora, Bernice Shultz of Doniphan and Ila Elmoni of Huntington Beach, California.
