Funeral Services were held 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, June 10, 1992 at the Aurora Christian Church. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Russ Alan Beins

Russ Alan Beins, the son of Ron and Roberta (Carlson) Beins was born at Grand Island, Nebraska, on January 28, 1968, and died at the family farm northwest of Aurora, Nebraska, on June 7, 1992, at the age of 24 years, 4 months and 9 days.

He grew up near Aurora and attended Aurora Public Schools, graduating with the class of 1986. He participated in football, golf, and FFA. He was attending Southern Methodist University at Dallas, Texas, where he was affiliated with the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.

Russ was a member of the Aurora Christian Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Roberta, and grandfathers, Walter Carlson and Don Beins.

Those who remain to cherish his memory are his father, Ron Beins of Aurora; one brother, Rod Beins of Aurora, 3 sisters, Rhonda Grosshans of Aurora, Becky Sharp of Omaha, and Robin Sanderson of Marquette. His maternal grandparents, Clarence and Hazel Johnson of Polk, and his paternal grandmother, Lily Beins of Lincoln, 2 nieces, 5 nephews and many other relatives and friends.
