Memorial Services were held 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 19, 1993 at Bethesda Care Center in Aurora. Inurnment was held in the Minden Cemetery in Minden, Nebraska.

OBITUARY: Calvin Boicourt

Calvin Hammond Boicourt, the son of Harvey and Mary (Hammond) Boicourt, was born at Minden, Nebraska, on February 26, 1912, and died at Aurora, Nebraska, on March 17, 1993, at the age of 81 years, and 21 days.

He grew up at Minden, and graduated from Minden High School. He served in the military, and was discharged in 1945. He moved to California and worked for Continental Oil in the oil fields as a maintenance technician, retiring in 1976.

On June 21, 1958, he was united in marriage to Velma Bronson, at Sterling, Colorado. In June of 1989, they moved back to Minden, and in the spring of 1992, they moved to Aurora.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters, and one brother.

Survivors include his wife Velma of Aurora, and 2 sisters, Sally Emmons of El Cerrito, California and Barbara LaRimore of Ventura, California, and nieces and nephews.
