OBITUARY: Pearl Burke Pearl Burke, the daughter of William and Rebecca (Skaden) Woodard, was born at Evansville, Wisconsin on October 14, 1896, and passed away at Aurora, Nebraska, on January 20, 1985, at the age of 88. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands and sisters, Merel Nielson and Jenny Gusman. Those who remain to cherish her memory are her brothers, LeRoy Woodard of York, William Woodard of York and Arden Woodard of Phoenix, Arizona and sister, Reba Nordruft of San Antonio, Texas. |
