Funeral Services were held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 5, 1984 at the Aurora United Methodist Church. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Minnedell Carlson

Minnedell Augusta Carlson, the daughter of August and Wilhelmina (Briggs) Enderle, was born at Aurora, Nebraska, on February 12, 1926, and passed away at Aurora, Nebraska, on December 3, 1984, at the age of 58 years, 9 months and 21 days.

Her childhood was spent in Aurora where she graduated from Aurora High School.

On March 7, 1946, she was united in marriage to Warren “Red” Carlson, at Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Winnie, as she was known by all, worked for the Jim Christensen Insurance agency, and later for the Gas Company. She also helped with Meals on Wheels.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church, and had been active in church circles when her health permitted.

Her parents, and one brother Gerald Enderle preceded her in death.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her husband, “Red”, one son Jerry of Aurora, two daughters, Jo Gausman of Denver, Colorado and Jean Anne Schmidt of Hampton; two brothers, August Enderle of Antioch, California and James Enderle of Lompoc, California; one sister, Maybelle Payne of St. Paul, Nebraska; four grandchildren and many other relatives and close friends.
