Funeral Services were held 2:00 P.M., Friday, July 23, 1993 at Higby Mortuary. Interment was held in the Hampton Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Mary Chadwell

Mary Elizabeth Chadwell, the daughter of Bonard and Minnie (Hose) Mitchell, was born at Anniston, Alabama, on June 28, 1911, and died at Aurora, Nebraska, on July 19, 1993, at the age of 82 years, and 21 days.

She grew up and attended school in Georgia and then moved to Indiana.

On October 25, 1930, she was united in marriage to Charles Chadwell, at Crown Point, Indiana. He preceded her in death on August 22, 1979. After their marriage they moved to London, Kentucky. For the past year she has lived in Hampton, Nebraska.

Mary was a member of the London, Kentucky Baptist Church.

She loved gardening and always grew a huge garden.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her son, Charles William Chadwell of London, Kentucky; 3 daughters, Marie Parsley of Hampton, Betty Jo Johnson and Lois Lee Chadwell, both of London, Kentucky; 17 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.
