Funeral Services were held 10:30 A.M., Thursday, May 31, 1990 at the Aurora United Methodist Church. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Megan Kay Christenson

Megan Kay Christenson, the daughter of Roger and Julie (Hermansen) Christenson, was born at Aurora, Nebraska, on December 18, 1978, and passed away at Aurora, Nebraska, on May 27, 1990, at the age of 11 years, 5 months, and 9 days.

She lived with her parents and sisters at the family farm southeast of Aurora. Megan had completed the 5th grade at Aurora Elementary School, and played in the school band, and also played the piano. She was a member of 4-H and played softball.

She was baptized into and attended the Aurora United Methodist Church and belonged to Sunday School and Bible School. She was also a member of the Church Kids Praise Choir.

Megan is survived by her parents, Roger and Julie Christenson of Aurora; 2 sisters, Tamera and Brooke, both at home. Her grandparents, Rex and Bonnie Hermansen and Raymond and Betty Christenson all of Aurora, and many other relatives, friends and classmates.
