Funeral Services were held 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 22, 1995 at Stockham Community Church. Interment was held in the Phillips Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Julie Lynn Crawford

Julie Crawford, the daughter of Keith and Margaret (Wichman) Crawford was born at Henderson, Nebraska on November 17, 1964, and died at Hastings, Nebraska on November 18, 1995, at the age of 31 years and 1 day.

She grew up in Stockham, where she attended school through the last year that school was open, then attended Aurora public schools, where she graduated from high school in 1983. She attended “Beauty School of Expertise” in Grand Island, and received her cosmetology license in 1985.

Julie practiced cosmetology in Iowa before returning to Aurora to become a cosmetologist working in Jo Lemkau’s Salon. For a period of time, she worked as an animal technician at the University of California Primate Research Center. She then returned to Stockham, Nebraska to raise her two sons, who have been the main interest in her life.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are fiance, Danny Wingren of Stockham, her parents Keith Crawford of Stockham and Margaret Crawford of Clay Center, 2 sons, John Anthony Reyes and Brett Crawford of Stockham, 2 sisters, Tracy Stettner and her husband Rick of Hampton and Lauri Stevens and her fiance Craig Wall of Aurora, and nephews, other relatives and close friends.
