Funeral Services were held 10:30 A.M., Saturday, December 31, 1983 at the Giltner United Methodist Church. Interment was held in the Giltner Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Imogene Creech

Imogene Creech, the daughter of John and Marie (Neubert) Robinson, was born at Grand Island, Nebraska, on January 13, 1929, and departed this life at Grand Island, Nebraska, on December 29, 1983, at the age of 54 years, 11 months and 16 days.

She grew up near Doniphan and attended country schools and graduated from Doniphan High School.

On December 17, 1946, she was united in marriage to Dale Creech in Kansas. He preceded her in death on July 28, 1974. After their marriage they resided in Giltner.

Imogene had worked as a hostess at the Interstate Holiday Inn for 6 years. She was chairman for the March of Dimes at Giltner for 20 years. She was also a member of the Doniphan American Legion Auxiliary and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Grand Island, and was a member of the Giltner United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter Colleen Hinrichs and 2 brothers Dewayne and John Robinson.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are a son Randy of Aurora; two daughters Teri Kingery and Kathy Osborne both of Giltner; a sister Arlene Marsh of Doniphan; 10 grandchildren and other relatives and many close friends.
