Funeral Services were held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 10, 1979 at Higby Mortuary. Interment was held at the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Mary Culbertson

Mary A. Culbertson, the daughter of William and Maria McKeen Culbertson, was born at Aurora, Nebraska on January 24, 1885. Her death occurred at Aurora on May 7, 1979, having attained the age of 94 years 3 months and 13 days.

She had spent her entire lifetime in Hamilton County and was educated in the Public Schools of this vicinity.

For several years, after the death of her mother, she kept house for her father and family. After the death of her father and brother, she and her sister, Helen, moved into Aurora, where they resided until their health failed and they entered Hamilton Manor.

Mary was a longtime member of the Federated Church and was active in Church affairs, as long as her health permitted.

She was the last member of her immediate family, having been preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Roy and Harry Culbertson; and three sisters, Mrs. Mabel Green, Mrs. Bess Lantzer and Miss Helen Culbertson.

Her only survivors are two nieces and other relatives and many close friends.
