Funeral Services were held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 3, 1991 at Higby Mortuary. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Alice DaMoude

Alice Dora DaMoude, the daughter of Charles and Martha (Liedtke) Senff, was born in York County, Nebraska, on November 20, 1918, and passed away at Aurora, Nebraska on October 1, 1991, at the age of 72 years, 10 months, and 11 days.

She grew up in York County and attended Zion Lutheran parochial school. She then worked at various jobs in Aurora.

On April 12, 1942, she was married to Earl C. DaMoude at her parent’s home in Aurora. They spent their married life in the rural Hordville area, where she enjoyed farm life, flowers, animals, and neighbors.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her loving husband and best friend Earl; one son Leonard of Hordville; 2 daughters Bonnie (Mrs. Roger) Kruse and Nancy (Mrs. Charles) Keasling both of Aurora, 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, 1 sister, Frieda Senff of Aurora, and other relatives and close friends.
