Funeral Services were held 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, November 8, 1983 at Higby Mortuary. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Ralph L. Donaldson

Ralph Leroy Donaldson, the son of Willis and Mary (Potter) Donaldson, was born at Aurora, Nebraska, on February 25, 1897, and passed away at Aurora, Nebraska, on November 5, 1983, at the age of 86 years, 8 months and 10 days.

Most of his childhood was spent in Aurora and he farmed for 17 years. He was a commercial combiner for 38 years.

On December 28, 1922, he was married to Emma Smith at Iola, Kansas.

Ralph was a member of the United Methodist Church in Aurora and was also a member of the Aurora Masonic Lodge # 68 A.F. & A.M.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one infant son, David Craig Donalson.

Those who remain to cherish his memory are his wife, Emma; son, Col. R. Leavens Donaldson of Cape Coral, Florida; three daughters, Mrs. Parma Harris of Kingman, Kansas; Mrs. Henrietta Frazier of Bakersfield, California and Mrs. Mariett Crone of San Diego, California; one sister Marietta Casebeer of Butte, Montana; 12 grandchildren 15 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren and other relatives and close friends.
