Engler, was born at Omaha, Nebraska, on August 18, 1920, and passed away at Naperville, Illinois, on April 12, 1984, at the age of 63 years, 7 months and 24 days. George graduated from Iowa State University. He was a member of the Christ Community Church in Naperville. George was also a member of the Order of the Knolls Tebala Temple Shrine in Rockford Illinois and the American Legion. Those who remain to cherish his memory are his wife Susan; daughters, Christine Beck of Omaha, Karen (David) Baretich of Lake Oswego, Oregon, Janet (Howard) Congress of Shawnee Mission, Kansas and Sarah Engler of Kansas City, Missouri. Sister, Phyllis Mlaska of Laurel, Maryland and grandson, Andrew Beck of Omaha. |
