OBITUARY: Homer Foss Homer Foss, the son of Elmer and Iva (Pfost) Foss, was born at Aurora, Nebraska, on December 14, 1918, and passed away at Upland, California, on September 2, 1983 at the age of 64 years, 8 months and 18 days. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Wilbur Foss. Those who remain to cherish his memory are his son, Joel Foss of Long Beach, California; daughter, Joan Owings of Frofton, Maryland; brothers, Lee Foss of Grand Island and Clifford Foss of Aurora; sisters, Alma White of Alhambra, California, Margaret Laird of Chino, California, Maxine Enriquez of Ojai, California and Darlene Junes of Phoenix, Arizona; and two grandchildren, Mark and Brad Owings. |
