Helen FowlerGraveside Services were held 10:00 A.M., Monday, October 5, 1992 at the Aurora Cemetery. OBITUARY: Helen Fowler Helen Adelaide Fowler, the daughter of Charles and Minnie (Robinson) Keen, was born at Kansas City, Missouri, on June 2, 1907, and died at Aurora, Nebraska, on September 30, 1992, at the age of 85 years, 3 months, and 28 days. At a very young age, her parents moved to North Platte, Nebraska, where she attended school, and resided until her marriage. On January 25, 1931, she was united in marriage to Milford Fowler, at North Platte. He preceded her in death on April 25, 1970. They made their home in Aurora, and established the electrical firm know as Fowler Appliance that was located on the east side of the square. Helen was a member of the Aurora Presbyterian United Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, Carol Jean Wilshusen, and 4 sisters. Those who remain to cherish her memory are 2 grandchildren, Arlo Wilshusen of Aurora, and Kim Parker of Amarillo, Texas; and 2 great grandchildren, Erick Wilshusen and Wade Parker, both of Amarillo, Texas. |
