Jeffrey Fye

Jeffrey Fye, age 33, of Schuyler, died unexpectedly, Sunday, October 21, 2007.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 A.M., Friday, October 26th at Higby-McQuiston Chapel in Aurora. Rev. James Garfield will officiate. Condolences may be e-mailed to the family through the mortuary website at www.higbymortuary.com.

OBITUARY: JEFFREY FYE

Jeffrey Brian Fye, the son of Tony and Judy (Jones) Fye, was born in Aurora, Nebraska on September 25, 1974 and died in Schuyler, Nebraska on October 21, 2007, at the age of 33.

He was raised in Aurora and attended Aurora High School. Jeff worked at Jim’s Food in Aurora, McDonalds in York, Burger King’s in Norfolk and a packaging company in Lincoln. Jeff was currently working at Nor-Am Cold Storage in Schuyler.

When Jeff was younger he was involved with Boy Scouts, 4-H, sports in school and Awanas. He enjoyed fishing and working with his computers that he built.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Oddetta Jones, grandfathers, Don Fye and Jim Ellyett.

Jeff is survived by his parents, Tony and Judy Fye of Aurora; two sisters, Jennifer Fye and Jessica Skrdlant both of Grand Island; grandmother, DoLores Ellyett; nephews, Jeremy, Logan and Leland Skrdlant; niece, Baeley Towler and close friend, Pony.
