Lucille Hall

Funeral Services were held 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 29, 1997 at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Aurora. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Lucille Hall

Ethel Lucille Hall, the daughter of Harry and Marcella (Kelly) Trueblood, was born at Hay Springs, Nebraska, on January 14, 1910, and died at Aurora, Nebraska, on January 26, 1997, at the age of 87 years, and 12 days.

She was raised in Boone, and Colfax Counties in the Schuyler area, and attended school in Albion and Linwood, Nebraska. She worked in Factories and restaurants in Schuyler and Lincoln, and in 1945, she moved to Lincoln, where she lived until 1953.

On January 24, 1953, she was united in marriage to W.B. “Molley” Hall at Lincoln. He preceded her in death on December 20, 1980. They made their home in Aurora, and she worked at the Memorial Hospital as head housekeeper for 10 years. In 1996, she entered the Memorial Care Center at the Memorial Hospital in Aurora.

Lucille was a member of the Lutheran faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers Larry, and Leo Trueblood, and a sister Donna Trueblood.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her son Ron Hall of Norlolk; 2 step-daughters, Anni Hensley of Kearney, and Martha Dean of Auburn, Washington; one brother Jack Trueblood of Lincoln; 2 sisters, Grace Hartman of Omaha, and Eulalia Fox, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; 2 grandchildren, Angie and Mike Hall; several step-grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
