Funeral Services were held 10:30 A.M., Saturday, March 3, 1984 at Higby Mortuary. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Michael Duane Hielen

Michael Duane Hielen, the son of John and Nina Mae Davis Hielen, was born at Grand Island, Nebraska on February 7, 1951. His death occurred at his home in Lincoln, Nebraska, on February 29, 1984, at the age of 33 years and 22 days.

His earliest years were spent in Giltner, Nebraska. In 1956 the family moved to Aurora, where he received his education in the Aurora Public Schools.

In 1970 he moved to Lincoln where he has since made his home. He was employed at the Misle Chevrolet in Lincoln.

His father had preceded him in death.

Those who remain to cherish his memory are his mother, Nina Mae Hielen of Aurora; five sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Grant and Mrs. Pam Leak both of Lincoln; Mrs. Frances Wagner of Omaha; Mrs. Dorothea McMeen and Virginia Hielen both of Lincoln; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and close friends.
