Funeral Services were held 10:00 A.M., Saturday, May 24, 1986 at Pleasant View Bible Church in Aurora. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Sara Huenefeld

Sarah Louise Marler Huenefeld was born January 11, 1893 in Houston, Missouri to John and Julia Rankin. She was a retired Licensed Nurse and a homemaker. A member of the Church of the Nazarene since 1925, active in the church, and a Sunday School teacher for many years. Louise and Fred Marler were married April 5, 1911 and he preceded her in death on July 19, 1922, and she raised their 4 small children as a widow. In 1954 Louise and Carl Huenefeld were married until his death on June 20, 1974. She was also preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers and 6 sisters. Louise had lived in Ardmore until 1984 when she moved to Edmond, Oklahoma.

Louise is survived by her 3 sons; Irvin of Wichita, Kansas Vernon of Denver, Colorado and Edgar of Edmond, Oklahoma one daughter, Lois Page of Hays, Kansas 2 step-sons; Wesley and Charles Huenefeld both of Aurora, Nebraska and 4 step-daughters, Helen Campbell and Alice Tucker both of Aurora, Ruth Ronin of Redlands, California and Eveline Green of Arvada, Colorado. Also survived by 27 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
