Nadine Jones
Nadine Jones, age 69, of Aurora died Sunday, May 24, 2009, at Bryan/LGH West in Lincoln. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Friday, May 29th at Higby-McQuiston Mortuary. Rev. OBITUARY: NADINE JONES Belva Nadine Jones, the daughter of James Farley and Dora Winnie Mae (Shadden) Graves, was born at Monroe County, Tennessee on October 9, 1939 and died at Lincoln, Nebraska on May 24, 2009, at the age of 69. Nadine attended school in Monroe County, Tennessee. Nadine was united in marriage to Dan Jones on February 10, 1962. They lived in Ontario, California and Winnemucca, Nevada before settling in Aurora nine years ago. Nadine was a member of the Hummel Club for 35 years. She loved reading and working on the family genealogy and ornithology. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gilbert Graves. Those who remain to cherish her memory are her husband, Dan of Aurora; three brothers, James (Pauline) Graves of Seymour, Texas, Dee Graves of Central City and Leon (Elaine) Graves of Aurora; sister, Avis Lorene (Bill) Black of Aurora and 14 nieces and nephews and many other family members. |
