Funeral Services were held 10:30 A.M., Thursday, April 2, 1992 at Higby Mortuary. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Kathryn Jones

Kathryn Ruth (Harling) Jones, the daughter of Lewis and Irene (Nielsen) Harling, was born December 8, 1948, at Geneva, Nebraska, and died March 30, 1992, at Aurora, Nebraska, at the age of 43 years, 3 months, and 22 days.

The family moved to Aurora in 1960 and she graduated from the Aurora High School with the class of 1967. She then attended the University of Nebraska, and graduated from the University of Colorado. She lived in Colorado from 1971, until 1983, when she returned to Aurora.

Kati was a member of the Aurora Presbyterian United Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis Harling.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her mother, Irene Harling of Aurora; one brother Tom Harling of Fairbury; one sister Betty McConaughey of Lincoln; a step-grandmother, Blanche Nelson of York, and a special friend Greg Blomstrand of Aurora.
