Lester Juett

Lester Juett, age 73, of Giltner died Saturday afternoon, October 30, 1999, at Memorial Hospital in Aurora.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday at the Higby Mortuary Chapel in Aurora. Rev. Marlin Rasmussen will officiate. Interment will be at Aurora Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 Monday at Higby Mortuary.

OBITUARY: LESTER JUETT

Lester Juett, the son of Burt and Pearl (Chapman) Juett, was born in Giltner, Nebraska on May 15, 1926 and died in Aurora, Nebraska on October 30, 1999, at the age of 73 years 5 months and 15 days.

Lester grew up in Giltner and attended Giltner High School. He served in the Military before returning to farm near Giltner.

He was united in marriage to Betty Grace on February 14, 1948 in Sheridan, Wyoming. They made their home on a farm near Giltner. Betty passed away on February 11, 1974. Lester continued to live at the farm, even after he retired several years ago.

His parents, wife and one sister, Edna, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his three brothers Roy of Garnett, Kansas, Aaron of Edinburg, Texas and Glenn of Santa Cruz, Bolivia; one sister, Irene Stertz of Commerce City, Colorado; nieces and nephews.
