OBITUARY: Arden Kerr

Arden Maro Kerr, the son of Maro and Nancy (Seybold) Kerr, was born March 21, 1910, at Aurora, Nebraska, and passed away at Grand Island, Nebraska, on February 13, 1990, at the age of 79 years, 10 months, and 22 days.

He grew up at Aurora and graduated from Giltner High School in 1928.

On February 18, 1936, he was united in marriage to Martha Riedstra, at Daly City, California.

Arden was in the grocery business in California most of his life, and in 1972, he retired and moved back to Aurora. In 1973, he moved to Grand Island, where he has since resided.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother Clarence, and one sister, Essie Kerr.

Those who remain to cherish his memory are his wife Martha of Grand Island; one brother Floyd of Orinda, California; 2 sisters, Mazie Bobst and Cleetis Kerr both of Aurora.
