Funeral Services were held 10:00 A.M., Friday, October 16, 1992 at the Aurora Assembly of God Church. Interment was held in the Harvard Cemetery in Harvard, Nebraska.

OBITUARY: Hattie Kirkpatrick

Hattie Alice Kirkpatrick, the daughter of Lester and Gladys (McVey) Cook, was born at Sumner, Montana, on December 11, 1914, and died at Aurora, Nebraska, on October 12, 1992, at the age of 77 years, 10 months, and 1 day.

She grew up at Hampton, where she began school, and later she attended the Aurora High School.

On August 22, 1931, she married Aaron Siebert. He preceded her in death on December 12, 1945. They lived in Marquette, Aurora, Dorchester, and Fremont.

On December 16, 1946, she was united in marriage to Robert Kirkpatrick, Sr., at Mankato, Kansas. They lived in Aurora for 6 months, and then spent 21 years of traveling and living in different places while Bob was in the service. In 1966 they moved to Kearney, and in 1983, they retired and moved to Lebanon, Kansas, and in 1985, they moved to Aurora.

Hattie was a member of the Aurora Assembly of God Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Aaron, one daughter Sharleen Siebert, 2 sisters, Gladys Wessels and Edith Emerson; and one brother Robert Cook.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her husband, Robert Kirkpatrick, Sr., of Aurora; 2 sons, Derald Siebert of Pleasanton, California, and Robert Kirkpatrick Jr., of Harvard; 2 daughters, Doris Burns of Sunnybale, California and Martha Farber of Gresham; one brother Richard Cook of Boise, Idaho; 2 sisters, Florence Coonce and Mary Cook, both of Aurora; 12 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
