Lila Kremer
Lila Lee Kremer, age 67, of Aurora, died Saturday morning, January 20, 2001 at Memorial Hospital. Memorial service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday at the Pleasant View Bible Church in Aurora. Rev. Paul Nauman will officiate. Private family burial will be in the Aurora Cemetery preceding the memorial service. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M., Monday at Higby Mortuary in Aurora. Memorials may be made to Campus Crusade for Christ. OBITUARY: LILA KREMER Lila Lee Kremer, the daughter of Clyde and Lillie Belle (Musgrove) Warfield, was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on July 17, 1933 and died in Aurora, Nebraska on January 20, 2001, at the age of 67 years, 6 months and 3 days. She spent childhood years in Louisiana, Texas and California. She attended Bob Jones University and Biola University. Lila worked at Campus Crusade for Christ with university students at Michigan State and in Boston. Lila was united in marriage to Kenneth Kremer on December 28, 1963 in Long Beach, California. After serving together in Korea, they worked in Austin and Houston, Texas for Campus Crusade until 1971. They returned to Aurora to raise their children on the family farm. Ken and Lila distributed Christian books throughout Nebraska. Ken passed away on June 1, 2000. She was a member of Pleasant View Bible Church. Lila loved animals, and especially loved raising puppies. Lila was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Kenneth. She is survived by her four children, Gregg and his wife Suzanne of Aurora, Brian and his wife Julie of Camarillo, California, Susan Williams and her husband Stuart of Aurora and Julie Nelson and her husband Kirk of Cody, Wyoming; one grandson, Cody Kremer of Camarillo, California; two more grandchildren coming this summer and one sister, Marilyn Breshears and her husband Joe of Fort Worth, Texas. |
