Funeral Services were held 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, July 23, 1986 at Higby Mortuary. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Lucille Lentz

Erma Lucille Lentz, the daughter of Edwin and Cynthia Ruth (Ballard) Deal, was born at Aurora, Nebraska, on March 23, 1913, and passed away at Aurora, Nebraska, on July 20, 1986, at the age of 73 years, 3 months and 27 days.

Her entire lifetime was spent in Aurora where she attended school.

On September 21, 1929, she was united in marriage to Lloyd Lentz at Grand Island, Nebraska. Two daughters were born to this union, and after they were raised she worked at the Memorial Hospital in the kitchen for over 10 years.

Lucie enjoyed people, and enjoyed having them into her home. She also loved traveling and shopping.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, one sister, and one grandson, Mike Kingston.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her husband, Lloyd; her 2 daughters, Jean Kingston of Aurora and Marianne Heslop of Grand Island; one brother, Lyle Deal of Las Vegas, Nevada; 4 sisters, Marian Eberhardt of Aurora, Maxine Gremm of Broken Bow; Nettie Eaton of Kansas City, Missouri and Doris Underwood of Goleta, California; 3 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews and other relatives and many close friends.
