James Logue
James Logue, age 63, died Saturday morning, April 17, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island. Graveside Services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, April 20th at the Aurora Catholic Cemetery. The family will greet friends at the Mortuary one hour prior to service time. OBITUARY: JAMES LOGUE James LeRoy Logue, the son of Francis W. and Ruth M. (Vogt) Logue, was born in Parker, South Dakota on March 1, 1941 and died in Grand Island, Nebraska on April 17, 2004, at the age of 63. He grew up in Parker, South Dakota. Jim attended school in Yankton, South Dakota after his family moved there. Jim was married to Bonnie J. Becker on July 9, 1959 at Yankton. Jim worked in Yankton before they moved to Bradshaw, where Jim worked for York Concrete. Later on the family moved to Aurora where Jim worked for Behlen Manufacturing, then the, C.B.I.- Alfalfa Plant; Cargill and then for Bonnavilla Homes as a security guard. He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant sons, an infant daughter, an infant grandson and a brother, Maurice Logue. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Bonnie of Aurora; three sons, Mark (Judy) Logue of Grand Island, Jason (Janet) Logue and Darren (Carmen) Logue all of Aurora; two daughters, Christine (Jamie) White of Aurora and Debbie (Bobby) Ketchum all of Aurora; 13 grandchildren, Tim Logue and his fiancée Kristin Lange of Gibbon, Julie and Andy Smithson, Katie (Tim) Dreher of Grand Island, Robbie and Darbi Ketchum, Eric, Matthew and Christian White, Sarah Logue, Brian, Beth and Josh Spanjer all of Aurora and 2 great-grandchildren, Alex and Adam Dreher of Grand Island. He is also survived by three sisters, Bonnie Jennings of Aurora, Darlene (Duane) Merkel of Phillips and Maria (Lonnie) Jones of Missouri. |
