Marilyn Marwick, age 73, of Chicago, died Sunday, November 7, 2003.

Funeral Services will be held 3:00 P.M. Friday, November 14th at the Higby-McQuiston Mortuary Chapel in Aurora. Interment will be in Aurora Cemetery. No Visitation. OBITUARY: MARILYN MARWICK

Marilyn Marwick, the daughter of Andrew Benson and Emma (Akerson) Anderson, was born in Aurora, Nebraska on July 20, 1930 and died in Skokie, Illinois on November 7, 2003, at the age of 73.

She spent her first few years in Aurora, Nebraska and then moved with her family at a young age to Chicago where she lived for the remainder of her life.

Marilyn worked as a legal secretary in the 50's and as an executive secretary for the Brunswick Corporation from 1985 until 1999, full-time for 10 years and then part-time until her failing health intervened.

She was a member of League of Women Voters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, husband and infant daughter.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Andrew Marwick of Skokie, Illinois; 3 nieces; 5 nephews; 4 grand nieces and nephews, friends and relatives.
