Funeral Services were held 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, December 11, 1984 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Aurora. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Mrs. Elizabeth McGue

Elizabeth M. McGue, the daughter of George and Bridged Mallen McGowean, was born June 8, 1896, in Longford, Ireland. Her death occurred at Aurora, Nebraska, on December 8, 1984, having attained the age of 88 years and 6 months.

As a young girl she came to the United States where she settled in the vicinity of New York City.

At an early age she was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic Faith and remained true to her church through the years.

On November 11, 1920, she was united in marriage to Alfred E. McGue in New York City. He preceded her in death on June 19, 1972.

In 1977 she came to Aurora to make her home near her daughter, Mrs. Herbert Winsker.

Mrs. McGue is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Betty Winsker of Aurora, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
