OBITUARY: Theodora Medaris

Theodora Mary Medaris, the daughter of James and Elizabeth (Price) Andrews, was born at Phillips, Nebraska, on March 31, 1905, and died at York, Nebraska, on October 24, 1994, at the age of 89 years, 6 months, and 23 days.

She grew up and attended school near Phillips.

In 1922, she married Floyd Bondegard at Grand Island.

In 1935, she moved to Aurora, and in 1945, she moved to Fairmont. In 1950, she moved to a farm near Aurora, and in 1965, she moved to York, where she has since resided.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son William Bondegard, a daughter Bonnadel Marshal, and a brother in infancy.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her sons Donald Bondegard of York, and Emmett Bondegard of Edgar; 2 daughters, Shirley Albarelle of Lincoln and Joyce Wegener of York; a brother deRoss Andrews of Bridgman, Michigan; 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.
