Marjorie Jane Ocker, the daughter of Charles and Sylvia Westerman, was born at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, on July 1, 1929, and died at the Aurora Memorial Hospital in Aurora, Nebraska, on April 16, 1992, at the age of 62 years, 9 months, and 15 days.

She grew up and attended school in Pittsburgh, and was baptized and confirmed at the Concord Presbyterian Church in Pittsburgh.

Marjorie was a charter member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Glenvil, Nebraska.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, and one sister.

Survivors include her husband Walter of Fairfield; 4 daughters, Bonnie Davis of Glenvil, Norene McShane of Grand Island, Lori Wendt of Aurora, and Roxie Ocker of Fairfield; 3 sisters, Trudy Sanderfer of Simi Valley, California, Dorothy Massey of Redding, California, and Sylvia Johnson of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and 7 grandchildren.

Her body was donated to the State Anatomical Board of Nebraska.
