OBITUARY: Marie Parrish

Marie M. Parrish, was born November 15, 1909, at Ubly, Michigan. She grew up and received her education in Michigan.

On June 18, 1949, she was united in marriage to Steven Parrish, at Port Huron, Michigan. He preceded her in death on May 30, 1987.

In 1951, they moved to Texas, and in 1952, they moved to Nebraska, where they lived in several towns, before settling in Aurora in 1976. In 1990, she entered Memorial Care Center in Aurora.

Marie was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, in Aurora, and belonged to the church circle.

She is survived by one stepson, Douglas Parrish of Howell, Michigan; 2 stepdaughters, Kathleen Petersen of Spokane, Washington, and Ellen Fox of Portage, Michigan, and several grandchildren.
