Funeral Services were held 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 1, 1994 at the Aurora First Christian Church. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Dorothy Perry

Dorothy M. Perry, the daughter of Oscar and Mabel (Miller) Wingard, was born near Aurora, Nebraska, on April 21, 1915, and died at Grand Island, Nebraska, on June 28, 1994, at the age of 79 years, 2 months, and 7 days.

She grew up and received her education near Aurora, and graduated from Aurora High School with the class of 1933.

On December 4, 193 she was united in marriage to Fay Perry at Aurora. They farmed all of their married life until their retirement.

Dorothy was a member of the Aurora First Christian Church, and belonged to the Church Circle. She was also a member of the SOS Club for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters, Wilma Wingard and Ruth Richie, and a daughter Ruth Schultz.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her husband, Fay of Aurora; one son Ron and his wife Karen of Aurora; one sister Doris Hiza of Boulder, Colorado; 5 grandsons, and 5 great grandchildren.
