OBITUARY: Anna Petersen Anna Sophia Petersen, the daughter of Jens and Christina (Christiansen) Jensen, was born at Hampton, Nebraska, on April 8, 1888, and passed away at Redding, California, on January 24, 1983, at the age of 94 years, 9 months and 16 days. She was married to Carl Alfred Petersen. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Louis Jensen, John Jensen, Herman Jensen, Fena Johnson, Marie Sorensen, Minnie Wind and Dora Young. Those who remain to cherish her memory are her son, C.M. “Pete” Petersen and daughters, Mae Brouer and Emma Briscoll. |
