Judy Riblett
Judy Riblett, age 56, of Marquette died Tuesday, October 5, 2004, at her home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, October 8th at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Aurora. Fr. Craig Doty will officiate. Interment will be in the Aurora Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 P.M. Thursday at the Church, with the Rosary at 7:00. OBITUARY: JUDY RIBLETT Judy Ann Riblett, the daughter of LeRoy Martin and Carmel Lopez (Garmillo) Murray, was born in Lexington, Nebraska on May 7, 1948 and died in Marquette, Nebraska on October 5, 2004, at the age of 56. She grew up in Aurora, where she attended school. Judy was united in marriage to Irvin W. Riblett on August 4, 1984 at Aurora. She worked for several cafes in the area, included being a manager at Westgate in Central City, K-9 Corner Bar in Hampton and most recently for Woody's Catering in Hordville. Judy loved collecting porcelain dolls and sewing. Judy also enjoyed spending time camping. Over the years she bowled. Judy enjoyed most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother and a son, Ricky. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Irvin Riblett of Marquette; four children, Chris (Bob) Straatmann of Hastings, Lisa (Mike) Zegar of Marquette, Carmen (Darren) Logue of Aurora and Kevin (Dee) Christenson of Aurora and 9 grandchildren, Jana, Brady, Victoria, Miriah, Erin, Allie, Ryllie, Derek and a future grandson. She is also survived by four brothers, Ray Murray of Lake Havasu, Arizona, Gary (Carolyn) Murray of Grand Island, Randy (Lynn) Murray of Schuyler and Steve Murray of Lincoln; five sisters, Cindy (Ernie) Houchin of Central City, Sandy (Ron) Hammer of Schuyler, Sue Tiedje of North Platte, Lori (Joe) Trujillo of North Platte and Sharon Minner of Wisconsin; sister-in-law, Pam Murray of Aurora and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. |
