Ruth Schultz

Funeral Services were held 2:00 P.M., Monday, March 1, 1993 at the Aurora First Christian Church. Interment was held in the Phillips Cemetery in Phillips, Nebraska.

OBITUARY: Ruth Schultz

Ruth Maxine Schultz, the daughter of Fay and Dorothy (Wingard) Perry, was born at Grand Island, Nebraska, on November 8, 1940, and died at Aurora, Nebraska, on February 25, 1993, after a short bout with cancer, at the age of 52 years, 3 months, and 18 days.

She grew up north of Aurora, and attended school district #56 and graduated from Aurora High School with the class of 1958.

On December 6, 1958, she was united in marriage to Bill Schultz, at the First Christian Church in Aurora. After her marriage she worked at the Aurora ASC office, and later at the I-80 Holiday Inn at Grand Island. She was also employed at Watts Telemarketing, and most recently worked at Jo-Ann Fabrics in Grand Island.

Ruth was a member of the Aurora First Christian Church, and belonged to the church circle, and had been a Sunday School teacher. She also belonged to the Pleasant Hour Club. Her hobbies included gardening, crafts, and sewing.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her husband Bill of Aurora; 3 sons, Larry of Ord, Gary of Wellman, Iowa, and Greg of Leesburg, Virginia; one brother Ron Perry of Aurora, and her parents, Fay and Dorothy Perry of Aurora.
