Arthur See

Arthur See, age 46, of Aurora, died Sunday afternoon at his home in Aurora, following a short bout with cancer.

Funeral Services were held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 15, 1996 at Higby Mortuary in Aurora. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Arthur See

Arthur Howard See, the son of Arthur M. and Ida Mae (Ferris) See, was born at South Hampton, New York, on July 31, 1949, and died at his home in Aurora, Nebraska, on May 12, 1996, at the age of 46 years, 9 months, and 12 days.

He grew up and received his education in New York, and after graduation, he entered the United States Air Force, serving in Vietnam, from July 17, 1978, until his discharge on April 10, 1981. Following his discharge, he was employed by the IRS at Bellevue for 5 years.

On April 18, 1980, he was united in marriage to Linda Ellison, at Papillion. They moved to Aurora, where he was employed by the Nebraska Department of Roads until 1995, when he began working as a Certified Staff Member at The Community Care of America, until his health forced him to retire on January 5, 1996.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Those who remain to cherish his memory are his wife Linda of Aurora; one son Jeff, at home; and a sister Sharon Chrapowitzky and her husband Richard and their three daughters, all of Ossining, New York.
