Funeral Services were held 2:00 P.M., Monday, September 26, 1988 at the Presbyterian United Church of Christ Church in Aurora. Interment was held in the Aurora Cemetery.

OBITUARY: Mazie Titman

Mazie L. Titman, the daughter of Edward and Phoebe (Zehr) Titman, was born at Aurora, Nebraska on September 18, 1902, and passed away at Aurora, Nebraska on September 22, 1988 at the age of 86 years and 4 days.

Mazie graduated from Aurora High School. She then attended Kearney State College and the University of Nebraska. She studied summers at the National College of Education in Evanston, Illinois. She taught school in Hamilton County rural schools and the Aurora Elementary School until her retirement.

She was a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma Teachers Society International and the Aurora area of Retired Teachers Association. She was a member of the Presbyterian United Church of Christ in Aurora.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Elwin, Chauncey and Merton, and one sister, Faera.

Survivors include one sister Velva Titman of Aurora.
