Funeral Services were held 10:30 A.M., Monday, January 26, 1998 at Higby Mortuary. Interment was held in the Phillips Cemetery in Phillips, Nebraska.

OBITUARY: Elizabeth Voyles

Elziabeth Luella Voyles, the daughter of Edgar and Lois (Allen) Otto, was born on the family farm south of Phillips, Nebraska, and died at Aurora, Nebraska, on January 21, 1998.

She attended grade school at Spanogle County School, and graduated from Phillips High School. She received her teaching certificate from Peru State College, and taught school for three years at Pleasant Hill School in Hamilton County.

In 1938, she was united in marriage to Virgil Voyles, and the couple resided in York, Nebraska for several years before moving to Bellevue, Nebraska. She taught in the Bellevue Schools for many years.

Following the death of her husband, she moved back to her home town of Phillips, where she has since resided.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and an infant daughter Deanna Lynn.

She is survived by nieces and nephews, and cousins.
