Annabel WilladsenFuneral Services were held 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 6, 1984 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Kronborg. Interment was held in the St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery. OBITUARY: Annabel Lee Willadsen Annabel Lee Willadsen, the daughter of Alonzo and Minnie (Adams) Deatherage, was born at Cuba, Kansas, on May 6, 1902, and passed away at Aurora, Nebraska, on October 3, 1984, at the age of 82 years, 4 months and 27 days. Her early years were spent in Cuba, Kansas and then the family moved to Chapel, Nebraska, where she attended school and graduated. On August 24, 1921, she was united in marriage to Martin Henry Willadsen. He preceded her in death on October 16, 1950. One daughter was born to this union. After their marriage they lived in Marquette and later in Burbank, California, where she and her husband worked for Lockhead. In 1946, they moved to Marquette, where she resided until entering the Bethesda Care Home. She raised her 3 youngest grandchildren. Annabel was a member of the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Kronborg. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, Edna Viola Hubsch and one infant brother. Those who remain to cherish her memory are two brothers, Leore Deatherage of Mt. Shasta, California and Don Deatherage of Monterey, California; two sisters, Marie Petersen of Hemet, California and Mazelle Robinsen of Hemet, California; 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and other relatives and close friends. |
