Otis S. Williams, Jr., the son of Otis Williams, Sr. and Jennie Briggs was born at Grand Island, Nebraska, on October 29, 1926, and passed away at Blessing, Texas on April 16, 1987, at the age of 60 years, 5 months, and 17 days.

Those who remain to cherish his memory are his wife, Donna; 3 sons, Charles of Portsmouth, Virginia, Gene of Palacios, Texas and Gary of North Platte; daughter Katherine (Suzie) Hegoson of Woodville, Wisconsin; and 8 grandchildren.
