Funeral Services were held 10:30 A.M., Thursday, December 5, 1996 at Higby Mortuary. Interment was held in the Phillips Cemetery in Phillips, Nebraska.

OBITUARY: Dale Wright

Dale Wayne Wright, the son of George and Mazie (Grim) Wright, was born at Giltner, Nebraska, on August 6, 1929, and died at Grand Island, Nebraska, on December 2, 1996, at the age of 67 years, 3 months, and 26 days.

He attended school at Phillips, Nebraska and then served his country during the Korean War, and completed 21 years in the United States Navy.

On September 21, 1960, he was united in marriage to Hideko Naito in Japan. In 1969, they moved to Phillips where he worked on road construction and was a truck driver. He was also employed at Harv’s Farm Supply.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Those who remain to cherish his memory are his wife Hideko of Phillips; one daughter Fusako Hadenfeldt and her husband Jeff of Cairo; one brother Gale of Trumbull; 2 sisters Dorothy Manka of Phillips, and Edna Stafford of Trumbull, and 2 grandchildren, Lucas Anthony and Jessica Lynn Hadenfeldt.
