Kenneth Zike, age 75, of Aurora, died Sunday, June 27, 2010, at Bryan/LGH Medical Center in Lincoln.

OBITUARY: KENNETH ZIKE
Kenneth Harlan Zike, the son of Claude and Mary (Stewart) Zike, was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on September 6, 1934 and died in Lincoln, Nebraska on June 27, 2010, at the age of 75.
Ken enlisted in the Air Force in 1951 and served in the Military Police until retiring in 1971. Later, he served as Chief of Police in Aurora, Seward, Nebraska and Coon Rapids, Iowa.
He had a beautiful singing voice and sang and played guitar with the Roviní Rangers for several years. Ken loved spending time with his daughter, grandchildren and his friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and a sister.
Survivors are his daughter, Ramona (Bryan) Belka of Mesa, Arizona; grandson, James Danhauer of Grand Island; granddaughter, Ashley Danhauer of Gilbert, Arizona; one brother, three sisters and many nieces and nephews.
